The Server Assistant plays an essential role in supporting our restaurant team by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This fast-paced position works closely with Servers, Bartenders, and restaurant leadership to provide seamless service and exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist Servers with delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas
- Refill water, replenish table settings, and anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience
- Assist with food running and delivering items to tables as needed
- Stock and replenish service stations with silverware, glassware, linens, and other necessary supplies
- Communicate effectively with Servers, Bartenders, and kitchen colleagues to ensure timely service
- Support opening and closing duties, including restaurant setup and breakdown
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Assist restaurant leadership and fellow colleagues with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent bending, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks during busy service periods
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn and support all aspects of restaurant operations
