What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience
- Build relationships by listening to customers and understanding their needs
- Recommend furniture, mattresses, décor, and home furnishings based on each customer’s lifestyle and budget
- Guide customers through the complete sales process from greeting to purchase
- Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and financing options
- Stay current on product knowledge and design trends
- Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Contribute to overall store sales and team performance
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom
- Accurately process sales transactions and complete required paperwork
