Which companies sponsor visas for data analysts in New Hampshire?
Healthcare organizations like Dartmouth Health and Elliot Health System, insurance companies including Liberty Mutual's New Hampshire operations, and defense-adjacent contractors in the Nashua corridor have filed H-1B petitions for data analyst roles. Larger employers in the financial services and healthcare technology sectors are the most consistent sponsors, as they maintain dedicated immigration programs and legal counsel to manage petitions.
Which visa types are most common for data analyst roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for data analysts in New Hampshire, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field. TN visas are available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying analytical roles. Candidates already holding OPT or STEM OPT authorization from a U.S. university can also begin work before a petition is filed.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most data analyst sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua account for the majority of data analyst sponsorship activity in New Hampshire. Manchester hosts healthcare systems, insurance operations, and financial services firms, while Nashua's manufacturing and defense technology corridor includes employers with data-intensive operations. Concord, as the state capital, has a smaller but steady presence through government contractors and healthcare administration employers.
How to find data analyst visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for roles where employers have a documented history of visa sponsorship, making it easier to identify data analyst positions in New Hampshire without sorting through listings that won't support international candidates. You can narrow results by state and role to surface active openings from healthcare, insurance, and technology employers in the Manchester and Nashua areas who are open to sponsoring H-1B or OPT transitions.
Are there state-specific factors that affect visa sponsorship for data analysts in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire's data analyst market is shaped by its healthcare and insurance industries, which tend to have structured HR and legal teams experienced with H-1B filings. The state has no income tax on wages, which can factor into how employers structure compensation packages. Proximity to Boston-area universities like Northeastern and UMass Amherst creates a pipeline of OPT-eligible candidates that New Hampshire employers are increasingly familiar with hiring and sponsoring.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored data analyst jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
