- Troubleshoot minor process issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with autoclaves, composites, or aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Experience in composite fabrication, curing, bonding, or related manufacturing operations preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow strict process controls.
- Willingness to learn specialized bonding processes through company-provided training.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
