- Improves processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce friction.
- Leverages collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.) to enhance team connectivity.
- Maintains organization across systems, materials, and office operations.
- Supports project tracking, follow-ups, and action item completion across multiple workstreams.
- Contributes to a positive, professional environment that reflects organizational values.

- Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or closely related position, or Bachelor's degree and 2 (two) years of experience, or High School diploma, and eight (8) yrs of relevant experience.
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders (VP-level preferred) managing competing priorities, operating independently, and maintaining alignment to business objectives.
- Proven ability to assess urgency and importance, making sound decisions with limited direction, and handling sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.
- Strong track record of managing multiple workstreams, driving follow-ups, and ensuring consistent execution across teams and timelines.
- Clear, concise communicator with experience preparing executive-level presentations and materials; ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working across teams, functions, and geographically dispersed groups to coordinate activities and maintain alignment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; managing logistics, systems, and information with accuracy and consistency.

Which companies sponsor visas for personal assistants in New Hampshire?
Larger employers with established HR and legal infrastructure are most likely to sponsor visas for personal assistant roles in New Hampshire. These include major healthcare systems like Dartmouth Health, financial services firms in Manchester, and corporate headquarters in the Seacoast region. Smaller private households and boutique staffing arrangements rarely have the resources to navigate the sponsorship process.
Which visa types are most common for personal assistant roles in New Hampshire?
Personal assistant positions typically require demonstrating that the role qualifies as a specialty occupation, which can be challenging for general administrative work. H-1B visa sponsorship is more viable when the role is tied to a specialized function, such as executive support within a highly technical or regulated industry. Some candidates in New Hampshire also enter through O-1 visa or TN visa categories depending on their nationality and specific qualifications.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most personal assistant sponsorship jobs?
Manchester is New Hampshire's largest city and the primary hub for corporate employers, making it the most active market for personal assistant roles with sponsorship potential. Concord, as the state capital, has demand tied to government-adjacent organizations and healthcare administration. Portsmouth and the broader Seacoast area also attract professional services firms that occasionally sponsor international candidates for executive support positions.
How to find personal assistant visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters personal assistant jobs in New Hampshire specifically by visa sponsorship, so you are not sorting through listings from employers who won't support international candidates. The platform surfaces roles from employers with documented sponsorship history, which is particularly useful in a smaller state market like New Hampshire where sponsoring personal assistant positions is less common than in major metropolitan areas.
Are there any state-specific considerations for personal assistants seeking visa sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage comparisons when employers file Labor Condition Applications for H-1B workers. The state's relatively small labor market means fewer employers overall, so candidates should focus outreach on larger institutions with dedicated HR teams. The University of New Hampshire and Dartmouth College also generate some demand for executive and personal assistant roles with institutional sponsorship capacity.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored personal assistant jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
