Which companies sponsor visas for product architects in New Hampshire?
Technology and defense employers in New Hampshire with a history of H-1B visa sponsorship include BAE Systems, Oracle, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Fidelity Investments' southern New Hampshire offices. Smaller software product companies based in Manchester and Nashua also file sponsorships for senior technical roles, though at lower volumes than larger enterprise employers in the region.
Which visa types are most common for product architect roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for product architect positions in New Hampshire, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or a related field, satisfying specialty occupation criteria. Candidates already holding L-1A or L-1B status through multinational employers also fill product architecture roles, particularly at companies with global engineering operations in the state.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most product architect sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua together account for the majority of technology hiring in New Hampshire, including product architect positions. Nashua's proximity to the Massachusetts border makes it attractive to employers with Boston-area operations who maintain satellite offices in New Hampshire. Bedford and Portsmouth also have a smaller but notable presence of technology and financial services employers that periodically sponsor product architects.
How to find product architect visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for roles that include visa sponsorship, making it easier to identify product architect openings in New Hampshire without manually screening hundreds of postings. You can search by role and state to surface employers actively hiring and willing to sponsor, which is particularly useful in a smaller market like New Hampshire where sponsoring employers are fewer but do exist across technology, defense, and healthcare IT sectors.
What should international product architects know about the New Hampshire job market before applying?
New Hampshire's technology sector is smaller than neighboring Massachusetts, so the volume of open product architect roles with sponsorship is more limited. Many employers in the state are branches or subsidiaries of larger firms headquartered elsewhere, meaning sponsorship decisions may involve corporate HR processes rather than local hiring managers. Candidates should confirm that the specific New Hampshire office has sponsorship authority before investing significant time in an application process.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product architect jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
