Role Description
The Maintenance Specialist (维保员) is a full-time, on-site role based in Carteret, NJ. This role involves conducting routine equipment maintenance, performing preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and managing maintenance and repair activities. The Maintenance Specialist ensures operational efficiency by maintaining equipment functionality and addressing any technical issues that arise.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and general Maintenance tasks.
- Strong capabilities in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance tracking systems or management tools is a plus.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving equipment issues.
- Ability to work on-site in Carteret, NJ and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or a similar industry is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification; technical certifications in maintenance or relevant fields are an advantage.
