About the Role
We're building a team of AI-native thinkers who can help every function at Angi work smarter, move faster, and unlock capabilities we haven't even imagined yet.
As an AI Adoption Intern, you won't be building models or writing production code. You'll be something harder to find: the person who makes AI actually stick across an organization. You'll identify where AI can drive the most impact, assist employees in actually building workflows, build the training and tools that help teams adopt those workflows, and measure what's working. You'll partner with employees across the entire business to turn AI from a buzzword into a daily habit.
This is an internship with real-world impact. You’ll be mentored by experienced practitioners and leave with tangible work you’re proud of. If you’re the kind of person who has already figured out how to use AI to do things others think aren’t possible yet, we want to talk.
Discovery & Use Case Development
- Embed directly with business teams — understand where time is being lost, where AI could create the most leverage, where teams are stuck in implementation, and build solutions
- Build detailed workflow maps from those conversations — documenting the steps, tools, inputs, and friction points that define how work actually gets done today
- Get hands-on with agent deployment — working alongside Angi’s AI team to configure, test, and refine AI agents that automate real workflows, then staying close to the teams using them to troubleshoot and iterate
- Assist in maintaining a prioritized backlog of AI initiatives, organized by business impact and implementation effort, so the team always knows what to tackle next
Enablement & Training
- Help design and support delivery of AI training programs, workshops, and “office hours” that move employees from curiosity to confident daily use
- Contribute to building onboarding materials that establish AI fluency as a baseline expectation for every new hire
- Assist in creating playbooks, prompt guides, and workflow templates tailored to specific roles and departments
- Support pilots by capturing user feedback, results, and lessons learned
Measurement & Reporting
- Help track adoption metrics including tool usage rates, training completion, user engagement, and productivity indicators
- Help synthesize findings into clear summaries and contribute to reports and recommendations
- Identify adoption patterns, champion behaviors, and friction points and share observations with the broader team
Culture & Advocacy
- Help make AI approachable, exciting, and relevant to every team by supporting internal communication and advocacy efforts
- Help build connections with AI champions across departments to support adoption efforts
- Stay current on developments in generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise tooling — and translate what matters into practical guidance for non-technical colleagues
- Reinforce responsible AI use, data privacy standards, and ethical guidelines in everything you do
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (as a rising junior/senior) or Master’s degree
- Demonstrated, hands-on fluency with AI tools — you actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar in your daily life and work and can show what you've done with them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, building simple dashboards, and drawing actionable conclusions
- Self-starter who takes initiative; comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning quickly on the job
- Curious and collaborative; eager to document what you learn and share insights with the team
Compensation & Benefits
- This position will require candidates to work up to 40 hours per week. The hourly rate for this role ranges between $23-$28/hour.
We value diversity
We know that the best ideas come from teams where diverse points of view uncover new solutions to hard problems. We welcome and value individuals who bring diverse life experiences, educational backgrounds, cultures, and work experiences.
Our hiring process may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in candidate screening and assessment. Our AI tools are designed to complement, not replace, human decision-making.

Which consulting companies sponsor F-1 CPT visas in Colorado?
Major consulting firms with Colorado offices that have historically supported F-1 CPT arrangements include Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG, and Slalom Consulting. Smaller regional and boutique firms serving Colorado's energy, aerospace, and technology sectors also hire CPT students, particularly through partnerships with University of Colorado, Colorado State University, and Denver University programs.
Which cities in Colorado have the most consulting F-1 CPT sponsorship jobs?
Denver is the primary hub, with the Denver Tech Center hosting a high concentration of consulting and professional services offices. Boulder attracts technology and strategy consulting work tied to its startup ecosystem. Colorado Springs has consulting activity connected to defense and government contractors. Most CPT-eligible internships are concentrated within the Denver metropolitan area.
What types of consulting roles typically qualify for F-1 CPT sponsorship?
Roles that typically qualify for CPT must be directly related to your degree program and authorized by your university's designated school official. In consulting, this commonly includes management consulting, IT consulting, data analytics, financial advisory, supply chain consulting, and strategy analyst internships. The role must align with your major, and your employer needs to coordinate with your university to meet CPT authorization requirements.
How do I find consulting F-1 CPT sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international students and filters job listings by visa type, including F-1 CPT, and by industry and state. You can search consulting roles in Colorado directly, seeing which employers have a documented history of supporting international students. This saves significant time compared to sorting through general job listings where sponsorship eligibility is rarely disclosed upfront.
Are there state-specific considerations for F-1 CPT consulting jobs in Colorado?
Colorado does not impose additional state-level requirements on CPT employment beyond federal standards, but students should note that some Colorado consulting clients are federal contractors, which can introduce background check or security clearance requirements that may affect international student eligibility for specific engagements. Confirming project scope with your prospective employer before CPT authorization is a practical step.
