PROGRAM SUMMARY
- Duration: 11 weeks, June 1st 2026 – August 14th 2026

- Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior Leadership
- Skills Workshops
- Weekly Coffee Chats with the CEO
- Final projects and presentations

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provides leadership and direction within the club.
- Collaborates with other Managers to drive Team Member engagement, develop talent by coaching, teaching, and developing Team Members, assess Team Member performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Evaluates departmental performance using company reporting programs and provides recommendations to maximize sales, profits, and performance.
- Evaluates and ensures operational processes are consistently followed in the highly controlled areas of receiving, asset control, human resources, and cash office.
- Continually monitors customer service levels and ensures a positive service experience is delivered to all Members.
- Establishes operational efficiencies and productivity standards within the department and reviews budgets, plans and P&L to identify profit opportunities.
- Maintains an understanding of club policies and procedures across all areas of the club.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to work 100% in person at designated club.
- Focused on post-grad career in retail management and operations.
- Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.
- Able to work cross functionally with different leaders/team members across various departments to drive towards results.
- Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.
- Strong business acumen with desire to work in an active, boots-on-the-ground environment where no day is the same.
- People-focused, with positive leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) required.
