The Insurance Professional Services team is seeking a business-focused professional to support client onboarding and conversion initiatives for State Street insurance solutions. The position requires a strong understanding of insurance and investment accounting operations, coupled with the ability to execute competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. What you will be responsible for:
As an Assistant Vice President in this role, you will:
- Support client implementation and conversion projects to State Street software solutions.
- Work with clients to define, prepare, and validate data conversion templates to ensure alignment with software requirements.
- Assist in the identification, resolution and escalation of project issues while assessing associated risk and impacts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute project deliverables and requirements.
- Contribute to multiple project engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Follow and define enhancements to internal processes, procedures, and controls.
- Educate clients regarding State Street functionality and deliverables and participate in remote and onsite client engagements as needed.

- Working knowledge of insurance accounting principles, statutory and regulatory reporting requirements; experience with PAM or similar insurance accounting platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot, with the ability to leverage technology to support business and project objectives.

$100,000 - $167,500 Annual
