- Track quality metrics and assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, clinical standards, and applicable requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 1 year experience in ABA therapy, clinical documentation, or insurance compliance preferred.
- Proficiency in Central Reach and strong adaptability in learning new platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
