INTRODUCTION
Our Company Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes. Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch. Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes. We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 200+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.

- Build and continuously improve inside sales playbooks, scripts, talk tracks, and onboarding materials.
- Translate complex product and industry concepts into clear, repeatable sales motions for early-career sellers.
- Own team performance against activity, pipeline, and revenue goals, identifying gaps and driving targeted coaching plans.

Which companies sponsor visas for inside sales managers in New York?
Enterprise technology and SaaS companies are among the most active sponsors for inside sales manager roles in New York. Companies like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and Workday have New York offices with documented H-1B sponsorship histories. Financial services firms and media companies also hire for this role, though sponsorship practices vary significantly by employer and are not guaranteed for every open position.
Which visa types are most common for inside sales manager roles in New York?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for inside sales managers in New York, provided the role meets the specialty occupation standard, typically requiring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. The L-1A is another option for managers transferring within a multinational company. Candidates from Australia may also qualify for the E-3 visa, which has no annual lottery.
Which cities in New York have the most inside sales manager sponsorship jobs?
Manhattan is the primary hub, particularly Midtown and Lower Manhattan where technology, financial services, and media companies are concentrated. Long Island City in Queens has grown as a secondary tech and SaaS employer cluster. Buffalo and Albany have a smaller but active market, especially among enterprise software companies with regional offices, though the volume of sponsorship-eligible roles is significantly lower than New York City.
How to find inside sales manager visa sponsorship jobs in New York?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find inside sales manager roles in New York filtered specifically to employers open to visa sponsorship. Rather than sorting through thousands of unfiltered postings, Migrate Mate surfaces roles relevant to international candidates in this category. Focusing your search on SaaS, fintech, and enterprise technology employers in Manhattan will give you the highest concentration of sponsorship-eligible inside sales manager openings.
Are there any New York-specific considerations for inside sales manager visa sponsorship?
New York employers sponsoring H-1B visas must comply with Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the specific metropolitan area, which are benchmarked to the New York-Newark-Jersey City wage zone and tend to reflect higher market rates than national averages. New York's density of Fortune 500 companies and global headquarters also means some employers have in-house immigration counsel, making them more experienced with the sponsorship process than smaller regional firms.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored inside sales manager jobs in New York?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
