Role Overview
In this role, you will join Lenovo’s Customer Quality Engineering team and help transform complex technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand content for Lenovo employees and customers. You will work alongside engineers who solve challenging customer quality issues and work with new and unreleased hardware, giving you hands-on exposure to some of Lenovo’s latest technologies. This role is ideal for a creative, technology-focused student interested in combining content creation, visual communication, and emerging technology while collaborating with a global team.
What You’ll Do
- Technical Content Creation: Develop quality-related videos, visual materials, presentations, promotional content, and technical updates for Lenovo employees and customers.
- Video \& Media Production: Support the planning, recording, editing, and production of instructional and promotional video content.
- Technical Communication: Partner with Customer Quality engineers to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
- Emerging Technology Content: Gain hands-on exposure to new and unreleased Lenovo hardware while developing content around technology, products, and quality-related topics.
- Content Strategy: Help develop a sustainable content creation strategy, including repeatable processes, templates, standards, and best practices.
- Global Collaboration: Work with team members and stakeholders across Lenovo’s global organization to gather information, coordinate projects, and support communication initiatives.
- Creative Improvement: Explore new tools, formats, and approaches that improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of technical content.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of assigned projects.

- Experience creating or editing videos, graphics, presentations, digital media, or other professional content.
