You’ll work across teams to maintain system stability, ensure reliable data flows, and support production operations.
What You’ll Do
- Build and enhance dashboards based on business needs.
- Monitor and maintain system stability across environments.
- Analyze logs, traces, and metrics; resolve production issues.
- Implement and manage OpenTelemetry pipelines (collectors, receivers, processors, exporters).
- Provide on‑call support on a rotating basis.
- Manage IT projects, documentation, and process improvements.
- Handle ticket queues and coordinate tasks with cross‑functional teams.
- Implement changes with proper testing, validation, and planning.
- Ensure compliance with IT and security policies.
- Stay current on observability and cost‑optimization technologies.
- Use observability tools for proactive alerting, insight generation, and service health monitoring.
- Design new data visibility solutions based on business requirements.
