ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
Trane in Oklahoma City, OK is hiring a Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention by developing/offering HVAC system-related solutions.
What you will do:
- As a CSR, you will sit on the sales team, reporting directly to the Services Sales Leader and partnering closely with operations to secure account retention and growth.
- Support assigned customers with HVAC systems & equipment product selections, application, proposals and sales development.
- Quote, close, and transition Technician Leads and other Service repair work under.
- Generate estimates and proposals for service work.
- Provide quotes for service repairs, change outs, IAQ, and energy solutions including quotes for time and material as well as fixed price service.
- Prepare transition documents and communicate project readiness for assignment to operations team.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in Mechanical Contracting/HVAC or Facilities Management fields preferred.
- Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred.
