We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Solution Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, migration, and optimization of enterprise digital experience platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Assets/DAM, AEM Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services (EDS), CMS architecture, analytics integration, and Sitecore-to-AEM migrations. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, UX teams, developers, marketing teams, and enterprise architects to design scalable, secure, high-performing, and future-ready digital experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AEM Platform Architecture & Implementation
- Define enterprise AEM platform architecture for websites and digital experiences.
- Lead Sitecore-to-AEM migration strategy and architecture.
- Design and implement:
- AEM Sites
- Editable Templates
- Custom and Core Components
- Experience Fragments
- Content Fragments
- Content Models
- Reusable component frameworks
- AEM Workflows
- Establish scalable, maintainable, and governed component architectures.
- Define business-friendly authoring capabilities for marketing and content teams.
- Provide guidance on AEM Cloud Service best practices.
CMS & Content Architecture
- Evaluate and recommend Traditional AEM Sites, SPA, Headless, and Hybrid CMS architectures.
- Define enterprise content authoring and content lifecycle standards.
- Establish content governance, permissions, roles, approval processes, and workflows.
- Develop content taxonomy, metadata, information architecture, and structured content strategies.
- Define architecture that supports scalability, reusability, and future digital experience requirements.
Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS)
- Assess and recommend Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) based on business and technical requirements.
- Define EDS adoption and migration strategies.
- Evaluate AEM Sites vs. EDS and recommend appropriate delivery architectures.
- Provide guidance on SPA, HTL, Headless, and EDS implementation patterns.
- Drive performance-focused content delivery and minimize future migration or rework.
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Define enterprise AEM Assets/DAM architecture and governance.
- Establish asset taxonomy, metadata structures, and lifecycle management.
- Define asset governance, permissions, and operational processes.
- Provide guidance on Dynamic Media and asset optimization.
- Design integration patterns between AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Forms, and third-party marketing platforms.
Analytics Integration
- Define enterprise data layer and analytics integration architecture.
