Which e-commerce companies in Pennsylvania sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas?
Philadelphia-headquartered QVC and HSN parent Qurate Retail are among the largest e-commerce employers in Pennsylvania with documented visa sponsorship histories. Amazon maintains fulfillment and tech operations in the state, and mid-size retail-tech firms in the Philadelphia metro have filed Labor Condition Applications for specialty occupation roles. Sponsorship activity is concentrated among companies with dedicated product, engineering, and data functions rather than warehouse operations.
Which Pennsylvania cities have the most e-commerce H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?
Philadelphia leads Pennsylvania for e-commerce sponsorship opportunities, driven by its concentration of retail headquarters, fintech-adjacent commerce platforms, and tech employers along the 30th Street Corridor. Pittsburgh contributes through its university-linked tech sector and companies building software for logistics and marketplace platforms. Smaller activity exists in King of Prussia, which hosts several retail brand headquarters with digital commerce divisions.
What e-commerce roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship in Pennsylvania?
Roles that qualify must meet the specialty occupation standard, requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. In e-commerce, this commonly includes software engineers, data analysts, UX researchers, digital marketing managers with quantitative backgrounds, and product managers. Generalist roles without a defined degree requirement typically do not qualify. Pennsylvania employers filing H-1B1 visa LCAs most frequently cite computer science, engineering, and business analytics as the required degree fields.
How do I find e-commerce H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Pennsylvania?
Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Pennsylvania's e-commerce sector, showing employers with verified LCA filing histories so you can focus on companies that have sponsored the visa type before. This is more targeted than a general job search because it surfaces Pennsylvania e-commerce employers based on documented DOL filings rather than self-reported sponsorship claims, which are often inconsistent.
Are there any Pennsylvania-specific considerations for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship in e-commerce?
Pennsylvania does not impose state-level restrictions on H-1B1 visa sponsorship, but employers must still file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL and meet federal prevailing wage requirements for the specific metropolitan area. In Philadelphia, prevailing wages for software and product roles reflect a competitive metro market. Singaporean professionals should confirm their employer is registered with E-Verify if they intend to work on-site at federally contracted facilities, which is relevant for some large logistics clients in the state.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore e-commerce jobs in Pennsylvania?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
