Which e-commerce companies in Georgia sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas?
Atlanta-based companies with e-commerce or digital commerce operations, including NCR Voyix, Manhattan Associates, and Home Depot's technology division, have filed Labor Condition Applications for H-1B1 Singapore positions. Logistics-adjacent firms supporting e-commerce fulfillment and payments processing in the metro Atlanta corridor also appear in DOL disclosure data. Sponsorship activity varies year to year, so reviewing recent LCA filings is the most reliable way to identify active sponsors.
Which cities in Georgia have the most e-commerce H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of e-commerce H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship activity in Georgia, driven by its concentration of retail technology headquarters, fintech firms, and supply chain software companies. Alpharetta and Peachtree City also host e-commerce-adjacent employers, particularly in payments infrastructure and fulfillment technology. Outside the metro Atlanta area, sponsored e-commerce roles are significantly less common.
What types of e-commerce roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
Roles that qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship must meet the specialty occupation standard, requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. In e-commerce, this typically includes software engineers, data scientists, UX researchers, product managers, digital marketing analysts, and supply chain optimization specialists. General business or operations roles without a specific degree requirement are less likely to qualify, and employers confirm eligibility through the Labor Condition Application process filed with the DOL.
How do I find e-commerce H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search, letting you filter by visa type, industry, and state to surface Georgia e-commerce employers with verified H-1B1 Singapore LCA filing history. Because the H-1B1 is a less commonly discussed visa category, many general job searches won't surface sponsoring employers by default. Using Migrate Mate's filters for H-1B1 Singapore and e-commerce in Georgia gives you a verified, DOL-sourced shortlist of employers who have actively sponsored this visa type.
Are there any Georgia-specific or e-commerce-specific considerations for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
Georgia has no state-level visa sponsorship requirements, but the concentration of e-commerce activity in Atlanta means most sponsored roles are tied to the metro area's technology and logistics ecosystem. E-commerce employers in Georgia frequently hire across software development, data engineering, and digital operations functions, all of which can support H-1B1 Singapore applications when degree requirements align. The H-1B visa1 Singapore category has an annual allocation of 5,400 visas and does not require the same lottery process as the standard H-1B, which can simplify planning for both employers and candidates.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore e-commerce jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
