Work Where It’s Best for You
Work Anywhere means you can work in an office or at home on any given day. It’s about getting the work done in the way and place that works best for each person. This applies across all locations and departments.
Work Anywhere does not mean work at any time. We have predictable core hours where employees are generally available for meetings and collaboration. Employees are focused and available during core hours.
We invest in our offices to make them places where our employees like to go. If you work in the office three or more days a week, you will have a dedicated office workspace. Our offices function as hubs to draw people in, create social bonds, and where random connections and mixing of ideas happen. We’re investing more in offices, culture, and offsite meetings, not less.
Product teams are organized in regional product hubs for optimal collaboration and live within a time zone of their hub. Our current product hubs are located in Pleasanton, Columbus, Boston, Kansas City, New York City, Raleigh, and Toronto. We create opportunities for teams to get together in person regularly.
Customer-facing roles, such as Sales and Professional Services, live near and/or travel to their customers.
When an employee moves within a country it does not cause a change in salary. Where you live impacts you and your family. Not knowing if your compensation will change if you move can cause stress and uncertainty for everyone. We wanted to eliminate that.
Work at Veeva. Work where it’s best for you.

Which healthcare companies sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania's largest healthcare systems have the most consistent H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship activity. UPMC, Penn Medicine, Jefferson Health, Temple Health, and Tower Health are among the major employers that have filed Labor Condition Applications for specialty-occupation healthcare roles. Academic medical centers and large regional hospital networks generally have dedicated immigration support teams, making them more likely to manage the H-1B1 Singapore process for qualifying candidates.
Which cities in Pennsylvania have the most healthcare H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?
Philadelphia and Pittsburgh concentrate the highest volume of healthcare H-1B1 visa Singapore sponsorship activity in Pennsylvania. Philadelphia anchors a dense cluster of academic medical centers, research hospitals, and specialty clinics, while Pittsburgh is home to UPMC's extensive system. Harrisburg, Allentown, and Hershey also have notable healthcare employer presence through regional health networks and the Penn State Health system, offering additional sponsorship opportunities outside the two major metros.
What types of healthcare roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship applies to specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. In healthcare, qualifying roles commonly include physicians, pharmacists, medical researchers, clinical data analysts, healthcare informatics specialists, and public health professionals. Roles such as general registered nursing typically do not meet the specialty-occupation standard under H-1B1 rules, though advanced practice roles with specific degree requirements may qualify depending on the position description and employer documentation.
How do I find healthcare H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Pennsylvania?
Migrate Mate lets you filter directly for healthcare positions with verified H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship history in Pennsylvania, showing which employers have active Labor Condition Application filings for relevant roles. This is more targeted than a general job search because results are matched to your visa type and state. You can also cross-reference employer LCA filing history through OFLC Wage Search to confirm a Pennsylvania healthcare employer's sponsorship track record before applying.
Are there any state-specific considerations for H-1B1 Singapore healthcare sponsorship in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania healthcare employers sponsoring H-1B1 Singapore workers must meet DOL prevailing wage requirements for the specific occupation and geographic area, which vary between Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and rural regions. Some clinical roles also require Pennsylvania state licensure before starting work, so credential verification timelines can affect your start date. International graduates from Singaporean medical or pharmacy programs may need to complete equivalency evaluations recognized by Pennsylvania licensing boards before the employer can finalize sponsorship documentation.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore healthcare jobs in Pennsylvania?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
