Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic ICU (Intensive Care Unit) and PCU (Progressive Care Unit) team. In this vital role, you will deliver expert nursing care to critically ill and complex patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery.
Duties
- Track vital signs, hemodynamics (blood flow/pressure), intracranial pressure, and ventilator parameters minute-to-minute.
- Manage mechanical ventilators, continuous renal replacement therapy (dialysis), infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors.
- Titrate high-risk vasoactive and sedative IV drips and administer prescribed therapeutics.
- Perform frequent physical and neurological evaluations to detect subtle clinical changes early.
Pay: $74.00 - $77.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 – 48.0 per week
