Key Responsibilities
- Support PeopleSoft Financials Users by leading incident triage, troubleshooting production issues, performing root cause analysis, and developing ad hoc PeopleSoft queries to support business users and operational needs.
- Lead business process analysis, system enhancements, and project delivery by evaluating current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, defining requirements, creating functional specifications, and supporting and testing complex application modifications and upgrades.
