Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Administrative Support in Mitchell, SD. Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Support Specialist to manage high call volumes and provide exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to navigate databases efficiently, and a professional, calm demeanor when handling a variety of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately identify and locate clients within the database
• Route and transfer calls to the appropriate departments or contacts
• Provide excellent customer service, including effectively managing and de-escalating upset or frustrated callers
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when working within systems
• Support general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a high call volume environment
• Experience working with databases or CRM systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional, patient, and empathetic approach to customer interactions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
