Responsibilities
As a Permanent CAS Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all client accounting services, including but not limited to bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, tax services, and financial reporting.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert advice and ensuring their financial needs are met.
- Managing a team of accountants and overseeing their work to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service.
- Implementing and maintaining accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Staying updated on the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance.
- Resolving client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for the Permanent CAS Manager role will have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.
