The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. As a member of our HR Business Partner team, you will:

- Partner with leaders to strengthen team performance, enhance leadership effectiveness, and create meaningful opportunities for employee development and career growth.
- Facilitate collaboration across enterprise stakeholders to coordinate expertise and support integrated organizational solutions.
- Partner across HR Centers of Experience to develop and implement integrated solutions that align with business priorities, strengthen organizational capability, and support leaders in achieving their goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum Requirement: 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partnering or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR best practices with an understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices.
- Some experience in planning and managing delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Google Sheets Slides.
- Some experience mentoring people.
- Proven performance in earlier role.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by SJCRH Only
- SHRM-CP or Professional in Human Resources (PHR), preferred.
