The L-1B and L-1A are relevant for candidates transferring from a foreign parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of a Texas-based employer. TN visa status applies to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management or professional categories under the USMCA agreement.

What is the prevailing wage for sponsored assistant manager - sales jobs in Texas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
