Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Basic civil / structural design and analysis of assigned project deliverables
- Prepare and check calculations
- Support material requisition and subcontract scope of work
- Support technical bid evaluation and supplier document review
- Identify potential changes, and track engineering quantities against budget
- Provide schedule and progress updates for assigned scope
- Coordinate with supporting offices
- Support construction
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- BS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
- Good academic background
- Familiar with civil / structural engineering codes and standards such as IBC, ACI, AISC, ASCE
- Strong communication skills and professional ethics
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
- EIT Certification
- Familiar with civil / structural analysis software such as STAAD Pro
