JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager, Revenue Programs is responsible for executing and scaling Field Operations revenue initiatives, with primary ownership of performance improvement within the Smart Home Expert (SHX) program and other Field-driven revenue streams.

This role leads a team of Revenue Program Managers and ensures that revenue strategies are translated into measurable field execution. Working in close partnership with the Senior Manager Field Operations Revenue, this individual focuses on operational rigor, program performance, and field adoption.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Smart Home Expert Program Growth & Maturation

• Lead and develop Revenue Program Managers responsible for the day-to-day execution of the SHX program.
• Drive measurable improvements in SHX production, conversion, and overall revenue impact.
• Ensure operational consistency across markets, including scheduling alignment, coaching effectiveness, onboarding quality, and field adoption.
• Identify structural gaps in program mechanics and implement improvements that increase Expert success and retention.
• Support the evolution of SHX from a program to a scalable, durable revenue channel.

Field Revenue Performance Execution

• Translate revenue strategies developed in partnership with the Senior Manager into executable field plans.
• Partner with Field leaders to drive improvement in key revenue categories (referrals, standalone RMR, insurance, solar, VPP, etc.).
• Deploy targeted interventions in underperforming markets, leaders, or segments.
• Ensure revenue initiatives are operationally realistic and aligned with field workflows.
• Partner with Field leadership to implement and track intervention effectiveness.
• Maintain strong feedback loops between field execution and revenue strategy.

Team Leadership & Development

• Directly manage and develop Revenue Program Managers.
• Set clear expectations, performance standards, and operating cadence.
• Coach team members on revenue effectiveness, field credibility, and stakeholder influence.
• Ensure the team operates with discipline, urgency, and ownership.

Cross-Functional Execution Partnership

• Collaborate with Enablement, Scheduling, Technology, Workforce Planning, and Finance to remove execution barriers.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new revenue initiatives within Field Ops.
• Ensure process improvements are sustainable and scalable.
