- Knowledge of contemporary chaplaincy theory, ethics, spiritual assessment, pastoral care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to integrate faith-based perspectives with professional standards and best practices in chaplaincy.

Duties/Expectations:
Instruct Rel E 698R: Religious Education Chaplaincy Project to grad students for their final Master's project production. Help the students identify topics, develop research and writing schedules, edit, refine, rewrite, and strengthen written projects to prepare to defend before the project committee.
