In This Role, You Will
- Lead four to six concurrent projects from programming through construction closeout, owning quality, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, with proactive communication across every phase.
- Drive business development: generate new contracted work, lead proposals and interviews, and build a healthy pipeline.
- Coordinate consultant teams, lead construction administration, and conduct QA/QC reviews that protect design intent.
- Mentor two to three junior architects and contribute to firm standards, training, and process improvement.
- Manage your portfolio in Monograph and track business development in Incept CRM.
