ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead technical teams of design engineers and technical leads through tendering and project execution phases
• Oversee technical solutions from inception to closure, ensuring delivery meets cost, time, and quality standards
• Capture customer needs, define optimal solutions, and identify technical risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive operational excellence, performance, and customer satisfaction while fostering team collaboration and growth

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong independent judgment to tackle complex, non-routine problems with creative solutions
• Ability to set work direction for teams in alignment with strategic objectives and priorities
• Demonstrated initiative in improving results through reduced cost or improved efficiency
• Comfort making decisions with moderate to large impact on costs, objectives, and overall process

COMPENSATION

• For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
