Warby Parker was founded with a mission: to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.
We're constantly asking ourselves how we can do more and make a greater impact, and that starts by reimagining everything that a company and industry can be. We want to demonstrate that a business can scale while doing good in the world, without charging a premium for it. And we’ve learned that it takes creativity, empathy, and innovation to achieve that goal.
Since the day we launched in 2010, we’ve pioneered ideas, designed products, and developed technologies that help people see. We offer everything you need for happier eyes at a price that leaves you with money in your pocket, from designer-quality glasses and contacts to eye exams and vision tests, and you can meet us online, at our stores, or even in your home. Wherever and whenever you need it, we’re there to make exceptional vision care simple and accessible. (Delightful, too.)
Ultimately, we believe in vision for all, which is why for every pair of glasses or sunglasses we sell, a pair of glasses is distributed to someone in need through our Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program.

Which companies sponsor visas for customer success consultants in Washington DC?
Technology and consulting firms with federal government contracts are among the most active sponsors in DC. Companies like Salesforce, SAP, IBM, Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Leidos have filed H-1B visa petitions for customer success roles in the DC metro area. SaaS vendors with public sector divisions and government-focused technology platforms also regularly sponsor international hires for these positions.
Which visa types are most common for customer success consultant roles in Washington DC?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success consultants in Washington DC, provided the role requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, information systems, or a related discipline. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa, and Canadian and Mexican nationals may be eligible for TN visa status under the business analyst or computer systems analyst categories, depending on the role's responsibilities.
How to find customer success consultant visa sponsorship jobs in Washington DC?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find customer success consultant roles in Washington DC where employers are open to visa sponsorship. The platform filters jobs specifically by sponsorship availability, saving you from applying to positions where international candidates aren't considered. Focus your search on companies with federal or public sector technology divisions, as these employers in the DC metro area have the strongest track records of sponsoring international talent.
Which cities in Washington DC have the most customer success consultant sponsorship jobs?
Because DC is a city-state, the metro hiring area extends into Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland. Tysons Corner and Reston in Virginia host significant concentrations of technology and consulting firms that sponsor international hires. Bethesda and Rockville in Maryland also have a strong presence of SaaS and government IT companies. The District itself, particularly the K Street corridor, houses consulting firm headquarters with active sponsorship programs.
Are there any DC-specific considerations for customer success consultant visa sponsorship?
Washington DC's heavy concentration of federal contractors means some customer success roles require U.S. security clearances, which are generally not available to non-U.S. citizens. This narrows the pool of sponsorable positions, so focusing on commercial SaaS companies or consulting firms with both public and private sector clients gives international candidates more realistic options. The Department of Labor's prevailing wage requirements apply regardless of employer, and DC's high cost of living means the DC metropolitan area wage determinations typically reflect competitive compensation levels.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success consultant jobs in Washington DC?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
