Which companies sponsor visas for customer success consultants in Kansas?
Companies with established visa sponsorship patterns for customer success roles in Kansas include Garmin in Olathe, Cerner (now Oracle Health) in the Kansas City metro, and larger financial services and aviation firms in Wichita. SaaS companies with Kansas offices and enterprise technology vendors serving regional healthcare and manufacturing clients also appear in sponsorship records, though sponsorship decisions vary by hiring cycle and role.
Which visa types are most common for customer success consultant roles in Kansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for customer success consultant positions in Kansas, provided the role requires a specific bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, information technology, or communications and meets specialty occupation standards. L-1B visas apply when a candidate is transferring within a multinational company. Candidates with qualifying degrees from Canadian or Australian universities may also explore TN or E-3 pathways where applicable.
Which cities in Kansas have the most customer success consultant sponsorship jobs?
The Kansas City metro area, particularly Olathe and Overland Park on the Kansas side, accounts for the largest concentration of customer success consultant sponsorship opportunities, driven by technology, financial services, and healthcare IT employers. Wichita is the secondary hub, with aerospace and manufacturing technology firms occasionally sponsoring for customer-facing consulting roles. Lawrence and Manhattan see limited but occasional sponsorship tied to university-connected technology companies.
How to find customer success consultant visa sponsorship jobs in Kansas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for visa sponsorship eligibility, making it straightforward to search for customer success consultant roles in Kansas without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. You can filter by state and role type to surface employers actively hiring international candidates. Reviewing employer sponsorship history in Kansas can also help you prioritize applications toward companies with a demonstrated record in this role category.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success consultants pursuing visa sponsorship in Kansas?
Kansas employers sponsoring H-1B workers for customer success consultant roles must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the Wichita or Kansas City metropolitan areas, which are tracked separately given the different labor markets. The state's concentration in aviation, agribusiness technology, and regional healthcare means customer success roles often require domain knowledge in those industries, which can strengthen a sponsorship petition by demonstrating the specialized nature of the position.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success consultant jobs in Kansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
