Get Access To All JobsSUMMARY: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to support day-to-day program operations, staff management, and performance improvement for DHS-contracted services. In this role, you will help oversee program performance, strengthen operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery. You will play a key role in implementing effective business processes, supporting staff success, and ensuring exceptional customer service and positive performance outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day operational support to staff and manage daily operations.
- Conduct cross-training and other events to promote relationship building between the various offices, divisions, and partnering agencies.
- Conduct file and computer audits, document results, and administer training and corrective action.
- Oversee caseload assignments.
- Serve as a liaison to partners, prospective employers, training programs, and the participants.
- Evaluate assigned employee performance, prepare performance appraisals, and recommend and document disciplinary action.
- Attend meetings, trainings, seminars, and workshops as directed.
- Provide other related duties as required and directed.

- Knowledge of TANF customers and challenges.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Personal computer literacy required, including effective use of the Internet, e-mail, video conferencing (Teams) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
