ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency on January 1st, 2017, and today we’re a strong team of five. As a proud University of Washington alum, I’ve built this office around one core belief: we win together. Whether it’s winning for the office, for our customers, or for each team member and their family, collaboration is the heartbeat of our culture.
What truly sets my agency apart is the unique dynamic of working alongside my brother’s office in the same building and staying closely connected with my father’s agency. With three offices working together, our team has access to multiple sources of training, mentorship, and support. It creates an environment rich with knowledge, diverse experience, and shared success.
Before becoming an agent, I was a team member myself, so I understand firsthand what it takes to thrive in this role. That’s why I’m fully committed to giving my team the tools, coaching, and encouragement they need to be successful—not just professionally, but in life overall.
I also offer health benefits, a strong focus on work-life balance, and reimbursement for licensing costs. If you’re looking for an agency where you’ll be supported, challenged, and truly valued, this is the kind of team where you can grow and thrive.

Search Customer Support Representative Jobs in WashingtonCustomer Support Representative Jobs in Washington: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies sponsor visas for customer support representatives in Washington?
Large technology employers are the primary sponsors for customer support representatives in Washington. Microsoft in Redmond, Amazon in Seattle, and Salesforce have all filed Labor Condition Applications for customer-facing support roles. Enterprise software companies, cloud platforms, and e-commerce operations in the Puget Sound region account for most sponsorship activity, as they frequently need multilingual or technically skilled support staff.
Which visa types are most common for customer support representative roles in Washington?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa category for customer support representatives in Washington, but only when the role qualifies as a specialty occupation, typically requiring a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as communications, information technology, or business. Roles that are generalist in nature and do not require a specific degree field may not meet the specialty occupation standard, so the specific job duties and requirements matter significantly.
Which cities in Washington have the most customer support representative sponsorship jobs?
Seattle and Bellevue account for the large majority of sponsored customer support representative positions in Washington, driven by the concentration of major technology companies in the Puget Sound corridor. Redmond is also notable given Microsoft's headquarters there. Smaller tech clusters exist in Kirkland and Bothell, though sponsorship activity in those cities is considerably lower than in Seattle and Bellevue.
How to find customer support representative visa sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters customer support representative openings by visa sponsorship eligibility and location, making it straightforward to browse Washington-specific opportunities. Because sponsorship availability is not always stated clearly in standard job postings, using a platform like Migrate Mate that screens for sponsoring employers saves significant time when targeting Washington's technology and enterprise support market.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer support representatives seeking visa sponsorship in Washington?
Washington's concentration of large tech employers means prevailing wage requirements under the H-1B program are set against a competitive regional labor market, so employers must offer wages benchmarked to the Puget Sound area. Additionally, Washington has no state income tax, which is relevant context for evaluating compensation. Candidates with technical product knowledge, enterprise software experience, or fluency in a second language tend to be stronger candidates for sponsored roles in this market.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer support representative jobs in Washington?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
