Responsibilities
- Meet with business teams to provide optional technology solutions for application delivery to remote users at corporate sites, branch offices, and outsourced locations.
- Utilize entire suite of Citrix and Virtual products including Citrix Cloud (DaaS), ControlUP, LiquidWare, Citrix App Layering, Azure and VMWare ESX/VCenter.
- Manage servers and desktops within a VMware ESX environment, including utilizing VMWare and Citrix software to manage thousands of virtual servers which support a user base of 65,000+ colleagues throughout the company.
- Lead diverse team of industry experts supporting 65,000+ colleagues globally using Citrix products and tools.
- Define and drive the strategic direction of the Citrix infrastructure and related virtualization technologies.
- Align Citrix engineering initiatives with broader IT and business goals.
- Promote team development by providing training opportunities and stretch assignments.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Drive automation and optimization of Citrix operations and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including networking, security, desktop support, and application teams.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Translate technical concepts into business value and impact.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computers or Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience.
- Requires experience with: Administration of Citrix farms via management console;
- With Citrix infrastructure design for large scale deployments;
- Administration of Citrix Management utilities such as: Citrix License Server, Citrix PVS (Provisioning Services), ControlUP, Cloud Connectors, Citrix App Layering;
- Managing and engineering Citrix NetScaler technology for access gateway, ssl/vpn, ICA proxy and load-balancing solutions;
- Administration of Terminal Server Licensing and Management of User Profiles via Citrix WEM and UPM;
- Virtualizing and streaming applications in MS App-V and Citrix App Layering; and
- Writing scripts for automating tasks, app deployments and reports.
COMPENSATION
- Salary Range: $198,390-$230,500
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 138,300 - 230,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
