What You'll Do:
As the lead maintenance professional on first shift, you'll keep our equipment running safely and efficiently while serving as the go-to maintenance expert for the facility.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Minimize downtime by quickly resolving equipment issues
- Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance activities
- Support PLCs, motors, conveyors, compressors, and facility systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Maintain work orders and maintenance records
- Help drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability
What We Are Looking For:
We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping operations running.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, and 480V equipment preferred
- Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus
- Basic welding and fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Food, beverage, dairy, or manufacturing experience is a plus
Pay and Perks:
Salary starts at $100,000 and increases based on experience. This position is also eligible for a 10% annual performance bonus.
Work Schedule
Enjoy a consistent first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
