Which companies sponsor visas for sales operations managers in Washington?
Microsoft, Amazon, and Salesforce are among the most active H-1B sponsors for sales operations roles in Washington, particularly in the Seattle and Bellevue corridor. Enterprise tech companies including Tableau, Expedia, and T-Mobile have also filed LCAs for sales operations manager positions. Sponsorship activity is concentrated in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and e-commerce sectors where revenue operations functions are well established.
Which visa types are most common for sales operations manager roles in Washington?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for sales operations managers in Washington, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field, meeting the specialty occupation standard. L-1B transfers are also used when candidates move internally from a foreign office to a Washington-based position. Candidates with extraordinary achievement in revenue operations may explore the O-1A, though it is less common for this role.
Which cities in Washington have the most sales operations manager sponsorship jobs?
Seattle and Bellevue account for the large majority of sales operations manager sponsorship jobs in Washington, driven by the concentration of enterprise tech headquarters and regional offices. Redmond is notable for Microsoft's campus. Kirkland and Bothell also have a presence due to mid-size SaaS and healthcare technology companies. Outside the greater Seattle metro, sponsorship opportunities for this role are limited.
How to find sales operations manager visa sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse sales operations manager roles in Washington without sifting through postings from companies that do not sponsor. You can narrow results by city and employer type to focus on Seattle and Bellevue tech companies, which represent the highest concentration of sponsorship-eligible openings for this role in the state.
Are there any Washington-specific considerations for sales operations manager sponsorship?
Washington's prevailing wage requirements under the H-1B program are set by Department of Labor data for the Seattle-Bellevue-Everett metropolitan area, which reflects the region's competitive tech compensation environment. Employers filing LCAs must certify that the offered wage meets or exceeds the prevailing wage for the specific role and level. Washington has no state income tax, which is a factor some candidates consider but does not affect the sponsorship process itself.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales operations manager jobs in Washington?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
