ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency began as a legacy office in 2021 and expanded with the opening of a second location in 2024. Today, we’re proud to have a team of seven and a growing presence along the eastern seaboard. Before becoming an agent, I spent many years as a coach and teacher — experience that strongly shapes how I lead, train, and support my team. I’ve been married to my wife, Brittany, for 14 years, and she works alongside me in the agency. Together we have three children, three dogs, and a handful of cats, making family a central part of who we are.
Community involvement matters here, and we partner with our team to support causes that are meaningful to them personally. For our team, we offer work-life balance, PTO, licensing reimbursement, and ongoing training. Our office is modern and flexible, with a mix of in-office and remote team members. Many of our team members have long tenures with State Farm, which speaks to the supportive environment we’ve built. We value clear communication, trust, and autonomy — this is not a micromanaged workplace. Our philosophy is simple: when we take great care of our team, they take great care of our customers.

Which companies sponsor visas for account managers in West Virginia?
WVU Medicine and Charleston Area Medical Center sponsor account managers in healthcare services. Technology and IT services firms operating out of Morgantown, including contractors supporting federal and defense clients, also have sponsorship histories. Energy companies with operations in the Marcellus Shale region occasionally sponsor for account management roles tied to client relations and business development.
Which visa types are most common for account manager roles in West Virginia?
The H-1B is the most common visa for account managers in West Virginia, provided the role requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or a technical discipline. The L-1B and L-1A are options for international transfers within multinational companies. TN status is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business roles.
Which cities in West Virginia have the most account manager sponsorship jobs?
Charleston has the highest concentration of account manager sponsorship activity, driven by healthcare, insurance, and government contracting sectors. Morgantown is a secondary hub, benefiting from West Virginia University's research enterprise and affiliated technology firms. Huntington, home to Marshall University and a growing healthcare corridor, also sees periodic sponsorship hiring for account management positions.
How to find account manager visa sponsorship jobs in West Virginia?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to search for account manager roles in West Virginia without sorting through positions that won't support international candidates. You can filter by location and role type to focus on employers in Charleston, Morgantown, and Huntington that have a verified history of sponsoring work visas for account managers.
Are there state-specific considerations for account managers seeking visa sponsorship in West Virginia?
West Virginia's sponsoring employers are concentrated in healthcare, energy, and federal contracting, so account manager roles here often require industry-specific knowledge rather than general sales experience. West Virginia University and Marshall University occasionally create pipelines for international graduates into regional employer networks. Because the overall job market is smaller than coastal states, competition for sponsored roles can be more concentrated among fewer active employers.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account manager jobs in West Virginia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
