Which consulting companies sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas in Wisconsin?
Large professional services firms with Wisconsin offices are the most consistent H-1B1 Singapore sponsors in consulting. Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, and PwC maintain presences in Milwaukee and Madison and have filed Labor Condition Applications for Singaporean nationals. Regional management consulting and IT advisory firms also sponsor occasionally, though their filing history is less consistent than the major nationals. Checking DOL LCA disclosure data confirms which firms have active filings.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most consulting H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee is Wisconsin's primary consulting market, hosting the largest concentration of professional services offices and corporate headquarters that generate demand for consulting roles. Madison follows as a secondary hub, driven by its government, healthcare, and university-adjacent consulting activity. Green Bay and Appleton have smaller but active professional services sectors. Most H-1B1 Singapore LCA filings from Wisconsin consulting employers originate from Milwaukee County, making it the strongest starting point for job searches.
What types of consulting roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship in consulting applies to specialty occupation roles requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Management consultants, strategy analysts, IT consultants, financial advisory specialists, and operations consultants commonly qualify. Roles requiring a general business degree without a defined specialty connection face more scrutiny. O*NET occupation profiles and USCIS specialty occupation guidance are the authoritative references for determining whether a specific consulting role meets the requirement.
How do I find consulting H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate filters consulting job listings specifically by H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship and state, so you can search Wisconsin consulting roles without manually screening each employer. The platform surfaces employers with verified LCA filing history for H-1B1 Singapore, which matters because not every consulting firm that hires internationally files for this visa category. Narrowing by Wisconsin and consulting on Migrate Mate is the most direct way to identify active sponsors in this specific market.
Are there any Wisconsin-specific considerations for H-1B1 Singapore consulting sponsorship?
Wisconsin does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal standards, but consulting employers here tend to concentrate sponsorship in Milwaukee and Madison offices rather than branch locations. Wisconsin's prevailing wage levels for consulting roles are set by DOL and can be verified through the OFLC Wage Search tool. Singaporean nationals should confirm that the employer's Wisconsin office, not a different state's entity, is the sponsoring employer on the LCA, as multi-state firms sometimes file centrally.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore consulting jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
