Which consulting companies sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas in Washington?
Several large and mid-size consulting firms with Washington offices have filed H-1B1 Labor Condition Applications, including Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, Booz Allen Hamilton, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Technology-focused consultancies in the Seattle and Bellevue corridor, many serving Microsoft, Amazon, and Boeing, also appear regularly in DOL disclosure data as H-1B1 Singapore sponsors.
Which cities in Washington have the most consulting H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?
Seattle accounts for the largest share of consulting sponsorship activity in Washington, driven by its concentration of global firm offices and tech-adjacent advisory practices. Bellevue and Redmond follow closely, particularly for technology and management consulting roles tied to the Eastside's enterprise software and cloud industry. Tacoma and Kirkland see smaller but consistent consulting sponsorship volumes.
What types of consulting roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
H-1B1 visa Singapore sponsorship applies to specialty occupation roles requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. In consulting, qualifying positions typically include management consultant, strategy analyst, IT consultant, financial advisory consultant, and data analytics consultant. Roles where a specific professional degree is the industry standard, such as business, computer science, engineering, or finance, are the clearest candidates under USCIS guidelines.
How do I find consulting H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate filters consulting job listings specifically by visa type, so you can search for H-1B1 Singapore-eligible roles in Washington without sifting through positions that don't sponsor. The platform surfaces employers with verified DOL Labor Condition Application filing history in consulting, covering Seattle, Bellevue, and surrounding Eastside markets, giving you a targeted list of firms that have sponsored H-1B1 Singapore workers in this industry.
Are there any Washington-specific or consulting-specific considerations for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
Washington has no state-level visa sponsorship requirements, but consulting firms operating here often serve regulated industries like defense, healthcare, and financial services, which can add complexity to the role qualification analysis. Consulting engagements that are project-based require the employer to maintain the LCA throughout the placement, including at third-party client sites, a factor larger consulting firms in Washington are generally experienced in managing under DOL compliance rules.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore consulting jobs in Washington?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
