- Former founder, or early engineer at a startup who has built a product from scratch is a plus.
- Experience with relational databases like Postgres/MySQL.
- Have a bias for action and willingness to work iteratively with your customers to deliver the right solution that solves their problem.
COMPENSATION
- $153K – $325K + Offers Equity

Beyond the hyperscalers, mid-size AI companies such as Allen Institute for AI (AI2) and Tableau (owned by Salesforce) also have sponsorship histories visible in OFLC disclosure data for Washington-based positions.
Which cities in Washington have the most artificial intelligence H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?

Redmond hosts Microsoft's global headquarters and its substantial AI research division, while Seattle is home to Amazon's AI and machine learning teams, Google's engineering offices, and a growing cluster of AI-focused startups and scale-ups concentrated in the South Lake Union and Capitol Hill neighborhoods.
How do I find artificial intelligence H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate lets you filter directly for artificial intelligence roles in Washington that have H-1B visa1 Singapore sponsorship history, surfacing employers whose OFLC Labor Condition Application filings confirm active sponsorship for this visa category. Because H-1B1 Singapore is a distinct visa type from the standard H-1B, filtering specifically for it on Migrate Mate removes employers who sponsor only through the H-1B cap process, giving you a more accurate list of genuinely relevant Washington AI opportunities.
What types of artificial intelligence roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship in Washington?
Roles that routinely qualify include machine learning engineer, data scientist, AI research scientist, natural language processing engineer, computer vision engineer, and AI infrastructure engineer. These positions generally satisfy the H-1B1 specialty occupation standard because they require at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or statistics. O*NET occupation profiles for these titles confirm the theoretical and practical application of specialized knowledge required.
Are there Washington-specific considerations for artificial intelligence H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
Washington's lack of a state income tax is an indirect factor some Singaporean professionals weigh when comparing offers, though it has no bearing on visa eligibility. More practically, Washington employers filing Labor Condition Applications for AI roles must post prevailing wage notices at the worksite; for remote or hybrid roles, the worksite location affects which prevailing wage tier applies under OFLC Wage Search data. Washington's concentration of large, well-resourced AI employers also means many have established immigration legal teams familiar with H-1B1 Singapore processing timelines.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore artificial intelligence jobs in Washington?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
