Which artificial intelligence companies sponsor H-1B1 Singapore visas in Massachusetts?
Massachusetts AI employers with H-1B1 Singapore LCA filing history include technology companies concentrated in Cambridge and Boston, biotech firms in the Kendall Square corridor, and defense-adjacent AI contractors along Route 128. Larger employers such as HubSpot, Wayfair, and academic medical centers affiliated with Harvard and MIT have each sponsored specialty occupation roles in AI-related categories. Reviewing OFLC public disclosure data shows which specific employers have filed LCAs for Singapore nationals.
Which cities in Massachusetts have the most artificial intelligence H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs?
Cambridge and Boston account for the largest share of AI sponsorship activity in Massachusetts, driven by Kendall Square's dense concentration of AI startups, biotech companies, and university-affiliated research labs. The Route 128 corridor, covering Waltham, Burlington, and Lexington, hosts established technology and defense-tech employers that regularly hire for machine learning and AI infrastructure roles. Worcester has a smaller but growing AI employer base tied to the local university research ecosystem.
What types of artificial intelligence roles typically qualify for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship?
Roles that consistently meet the H-1B1 visa Singapore specialty occupation standard in AI include machine learning engineer, AI research scientist, natural language processing engineer, computer vision engineer, and AI platform engineer. Each requires a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a directly related field. Generalist software engineering roles with an AI component may qualify, but the job duties and degree requirement nexus must be clearly documented by the sponsoring employer.
How do I find artificial intelligence H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship jobs in Massachusetts?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for H-1B1 Singapore visa sponsorship, letting you search AI roles in Massachusetts without sorting through employers who don't support this visa category. You can narrow results by city, job function, and employer LCA filing history so you're only seeing companies that have actively sponsored Singapore nationals for specialty occupation positions. This is more targeted than a general job search and saves time when your visa type is specific.
Are there state-specific or industry-specific considerations for H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship in Massachusetts AI roles?
Massachusetts has no state-level work authorization layer beyond federal requirements, so H-1B1 Singapore sponsorship follows standard DOL and USCIS procedures. However, AI roles in Massachusetts often intersect with defense or government contracting work that may carry security clearance requirements, which are separate from and can complicate visa sponsorship eligibility. Biotech-adjacent AI positions may also involve export control considerations. Employers in these sectors sometimes limit sponsorship to roles without clearance or export restrictions, so confirming this early in the hiring process matters.
What is the prevailing wage for H-1B1 Singapore artificial intelligence jobs in Massachusetts?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
