Which companies in Wisconsin sponsor visas for sales account executives?
Fiserv in Milwaukee, Epic Systems in Verona, and Rockwell Automation have sponsored international workers in sales and account management roles. Financial services and manufacturing technology firms tend to have the most established sponsorship infrastructure. Larger enterprises with dedicated HR and legal teams are generally more equipped to navigate the H-1B visa petition process than smaller regional businesses.
Which visa types are most common for sales account executive roles in Wisconsin?
The H-1B is the most common visa for sales account executives in Wisconsin, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a relevant bachelor's degree, such as business, marketing, or a technical field tied to the product being sold. Candidates already holding O-1 visa, L-1 visa, or TN visa status may also find employers willing to support a transfer or extension without entering the H-1B lottery.
Which Wisconsin cities have the most sales account executive sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee has the highest concentration, driven by its financial services, manufacturing, and insurance sectors. Madison follows closely, anchored by Epic Systems and a growing enterprise software cluster that regularly hires account executives with technical backgrounds. Green Bay and Appleton see sponsorship activity in industrial and supply chain sales, though at lower volumes than the two major metro areas.
How to find sales account executive visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to search for sales account executive openings in Wisconsin without sorting through roles that won't support international candidates. You can narrow results by city or industry to focus on Milwaukee's fintech sector, Madison's software companies, or manufacturing-oriented sales roles in the Fox Valley region.
Are there any Wisconsin-specific considerations for sales account executives seeking visa sponsorship?
Wisconsin's dominant industries, including financial technology, healthcare IT, and precision manufacturing, tend to favor account executives with domain expertise rather than pure sales backgrounds. Employers are more likely to sponsor when the role requires specialized knowledge that is genuinely difficult to fill locally. University of Wisconsin-Madison also generates a consistent pipeline of international graduates who pursue sales roles at companies like Epic, which already has familiarity with sponsorship processes.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales account executive jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
