INTRODUCTION
Built on service. Powered by people.
Impact exists because a small group of industry leaders believed companies in our space were doing it wrong. Many prioritized margins while the people doing the work and the clients relying on it became an afterthought. Impact was built differently: invest in great people, trust them to do great work, and deliver the kind of service clients remember. That approach helped us grow from a small office technology company into a national managed services provider, while remaining privately owned and people-first.
What makes Impact special is that growth has never come at the expense of the values that got us here. We continue to reinvest in our people, our capabilities, and the opportunities ahead so employees can grow alongside the business. We’ve built something special, but we’re far from finished. The people who join Impact now will help define what comes next.
Our North Star: Client Centricity

Which companies in Wisconsin sponsor visas for sales specialist roles?
Employers with documented H-1B sponsorship histories for sales specialists in Wisconsin include Rockwell Automation, Johnson Controls, Northwestern Mutual, Fiserv, and Epic Systems. These companies tend to hire sales specialists with technical or domain-specific backgrounds, particularly in industrial automation, financial services, healthcare software, and payment technology, where product knowledge justifies sponsorship.
Which visa types are most common for sales specialist positions in Wisconsin?
The H-1B is the most common visa for sales specialist roles in Wisconsin, particularly for positions that require a specific bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or business. The TN visa is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business categories. The O-1A is an option for candidates with documented exceptional performance records, though it requires extensive evidence.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most sales specialist visa sponsorship opportunities?
Milwaukee generates the highest concentration of sponsored sales specialist roles, driven by its financial services, manufacturing, and industrial technology sectors. Madison follows closely, anchored by Epic Systems and a strong healthcare and biotechnology presence. Green Bay and Appleton in the Fox Valley corridor also produce sponsorship activity, particularly in packaging, paper manufacturing, and insurance industries.
How to find sales specialist visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search sales specialist roles in Wisconsin without sifting through positions that won't support international candidates. The platform surfaces employers across Milwaukee, Madison, and the Fox Valley who have active H-1B filing histories, making it easier to focus your applications on companies already familiar with sponsorship.
Are there any Wisconsin-specific considerations for sales specialists seeking visa sponsorship?
Sales specialist roles in Wisconsin that involve complex technical products, such as industrial automation systems or enterprise software, are more likely to qualify as specialty occupations under H-1B standards than general sales positions. Wisconsin's concentration of manufacturers and healthcare IT firms means degree requirements in related fields are common, which strengthens the specialty occupation argument employers must make during sponsorship.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales specialist jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
