Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in a clinical setting.
- Provide patient-first care while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.
- Create individualized rehabilitation plans with clear milestones and timelines.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Document treatment sessions and outcomes in electronic medical records.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, precautions, and home programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
- Maintain on-site clinic readiness and equipment safety/sterilization standards.
- Meet or exceed quarterly targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning.
- Demonstrate professional growth by pursuing continuing education opportunities.
- Engage in regular performance reviews and reflect on personal development goals.
Experience/Qualifications
- Licensed physical therapist with active state license and CPR certification.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience in rehab settings.
- Proficiency in evaluating mobility, pain, and functional goals with measurable milestones.
- Ability to create individualized rehab plans and adjust based on progress data.
- Strong documentation skills with electronic medical records and outcome tracking.
- Experience in patient and family education on home programs and precautions.
