- 4+ years of environmental experience
- Experience in regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, government investigations, enforcement actions, and transactional due diligence
- Knowledge of Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and/or RCRA matters and associated state regulations
- Licensed in Texas
Responsibilities
- Counsel and representation to clients on environmental law matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and initiatives
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Participate in negotiations, depositions and settlement discussions
- Collaborate with other firm attorneys and legal professionals within other practices
COMPENSATION
- The annual salary for this position is between 150k-200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
