Job Summary
The General Factory Worker is responsible for performing various tasks to support the production and manufacturing processes. This includes operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines.
- Assemble, pack, and inspect products for quality assurance.
- Follow standard operating procedures and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform routine maintenance and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
- Assist in loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.
