JOB DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:
- Transports finished products from manufacturing to pre-sterile or shipping areas.
- Determines raw material requirements, retrieves materials from the correct location, completes the appropriate issuing transactions and delivers to Manufacturing.
- Verifies the correct count before and after selecting materials from a location.
- Maintains license plates in current locations (as needed).
- Deliver molded components to Raw Material Warehouse.
- Scan materials to storage locations in warehouse.
- Remove materials from warehouse storage locations and prepare for transportation to production.
- Delivers raw materials to the suggested storage area for said item in the production area. Pallets must be clean prior to entering the production area per GMP.
- Communicates with the Receiving Coordinator, Purchasing, Planners, and/or Production Supervisors about shortages or potential shortages.
- Keeps aware of the daily schedule and organizes raw materials for current and new orders to be run on the next shift.
- Cycle counts raw materials to maintain accuracy of raw material inventory. Reports discrepancies to the Receiving Coordinator.
