What You Will Do:
- Track delayed production orders across multiple shops and drive actions to resolve issues and minimize schedule impact.
- Develop and adjust daily production schedules based on parts availability, capacity, priorities, and operational constraints.
- Manage restrictions within MES and coordinate the release of production orders based on work content and readiness.
- Coordinate and schedule orders for pre-series trials, part changeovers, engineering testing, and other special production requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with production, engineering, logistics, quality, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve production constraints.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide visibility into production status, delays, performance, and key metrics.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate operational data.
- Develop Excel VBA macros to automate data extraction, processing, reporting, and recurring analytical activities.
- Support program planning by establishing timelines, milestones, priorities, and dependencies.
- Monitor program and production performance, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective actions.
