Required:
- Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist (CPFT) credential
- A Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years in a RT leadership role
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pulmonary Function Testing, ambulatory respiratory services, or respiratory therapy operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of pulmonary diagnostics, blood gas analysis, respiratory equipment, and outpatient respiratory workflows
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, CLIA, CAP, DPH, and other regulatory/accreditation requirements
- Experience with staff onboarding, competency validation, education, and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across the health system
Preferred:
- Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT) credential
- A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Respiratory Therapy, Business Administration, Computer Technology, or related field
- Experience with electronic medical records and healthcare information systems
